Setting out: To mark positions according to design to assist construction
As-Built Surveys: To measure constructed item and produce it on a plan or report. Comparisons to design can also be done to generate a report to enable QA to submit their quality reports on constructed items.
Volume Surveys: To do a survey to compile a DTM (Digital Terrain Model) to calculate the volume of material needed or required.
Audit Surveys: Where there might be a discrepancy between Multiple Surveys and the client is still unsure about quantities or constructed items build to design requirements.
Precision Surveys: It can either be setting out or as-built where high accuracies are needed
